About the Petaluma Arts Center

The Petaluma Arts Center, located in Petaluma California, is a non-profit organization that has several different types of artistic exhibits to offer for the public eye’s enjoyment. Their most recent exhibition, named The Power of 10: Scaling Up, was debuted on January 20th and lasted until March 24th, and was the first exhibition of 2018 to celebrate the 10th anniversary of the Arts Center’s opening. The exhibition also celebrates the 10+ artists that were involved in the project for tackling certain issues, such as large and small things that are overlooked in our society, through the medium of film, animation, painting, sculpting, photography, and architecture.

The Petaluma Arts Center also has educational qualities for people of all ages, like their summer arts camps; A place where kids and teens can learn how to do a number of different crafts with the different teachers at the Arts Center, such as making jewelry, drawing in black and white with pens and ink, creating and a making cartoons in a studio. The camp sessions are each 4 days long (morning or afternoon sessions are available), and they begin on June 4th and are available for enrollment until their last date on August 9th.
